SHELBY HOUSE

The Shelby House is a conceptual estate for a close friend who wants to retire early and work on fixing up old muscle cars. The project needs to have a large three-car garage and space to work on and repair vehicles. An in-law suite, is a must have and a large entertaining chef’s kitchen. A Bar-b-Que pit area for grilling outside and entertaining close friends.

The site is conceptual but sloping as the potential owner is seeking to purchase land in the Appalachian Mountain region of NC, TN or GA. The main house form and detailing is derived from the owner 2008 Shelby Mustang GT. The main elements cued from the Shelby are the pin striping the large front grill the sloping back and window and trunk into the spoiler fin and the standard mustang triple rear tail lights. Design phase completed 2021.
