D. Lincoln Mayer, RA

NCARB certified Architect, licensed in the state of North Carolina.

Lincoln a native of Central NY State where he received his Bachelor of Professional Studies in Architecture at SUNY University of Buffalo School of Architecture & Planning. Upon graduating he worked as an intern for The Sear-Brown Group in Rochester, NY. Moving to Raleigh he received his Masters of Architecture with a concentration in Urban Design from North Carolina State University School of Architecture in 2003. His thesis was on “Kinetic Architecture – De-mountable, Transformable Structures for Relief Living” Upon graduating He worked for a small local boutique firm NCDG, Focusing on restaurant, retail, office and mixed use residential. In 2015 he began a new career with BSA LifeStructures a national firm with a focus on Healthcare, Higher Education and Laboratory design.

In 2017 Darrell realized his passion lies in creating beautiful and functional spaces for living. Whether it be a modern home from the ground up, or additions, to room renovations. His goal is to deliver what you thought impossible and make it possible.

Liz Kolepp-Mayer, AIA

NCARB certified Architect, licensed in the state of North Carolina.

Liz a native of Raleigh NC received here Bachelors of Architecture from North Carolina State University School of Architecture in 2006. While in school working towards her professional degree Liz worked as an intern for the Local office of NBBJ. Upon Graduating she began her career as designer with BBH Design in Raleigh. While at BBH Design Liz worked on the AIA award winning North Carolina State Yarburough Chiller Plant. She was the lead designer for the WakeMed Main Campus Bed Tower Expansion. A five story, 103 bed hospital addition. Acted as the Project Architect/Designer for the five story 98,000 square foot Wake Tech Community College, Perry Health Sciences building, for training nurses.
